Refunds & Returns Policy
Unless the product is found to be faulty, we do not refund or exchange opened, damaged or used products.
We will accept any unopened/undamaged product that you may wish to return for a refund. This must be done within 7 days of receipt. Please email us at email@example.com and request a return authorisation number along with an explanation of why you'd like to return the item.
If you've ordered the wrong product or would like to exchange it for something different we'll be happy to assist you.
At time of Order:
If you change your mind at the time of order please emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediatly. We can exchange your product before it is shipped without any surcharge.
Please email us at email@example.com and request a return authorisation number. You will be responsible for both the cost of shipping the product back to us and the re-delivery fee.
